Cindy is an insightful and empathetic grief coach, registered social worker, and workshop leader with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through grief, loss, and life-altering change.

Widowed in 2005, her personal journey through loss ignited a passion for guiding others through their own experiences of grief. Combining professional training with lived experience, Cindy offers compassionate support through one-on-one support, group and family support, workshops, and community education.
